From 2010 through 2021, Chris remodeled over 500 homes for real estate investors across the Atlanta metro area. Business was steady, crews were busy, and demand seemed endless—until interest rates rose and the investor market abruptly slowed. Almost overnight, the flow of investment projects dried up.
With seven subcontractor teams depending on him, Chris needed a fast and reliable way to generate homeowner remodeling jobs to keep his business running.
The Hard Lessons of Lead Generation
Like many contractors, Chris turned to popular lead platforms such as Angi and Thumbtack. While leads came in, so did frustration—high costs, inconsistent quality, and paying for opportunities that often went nowhere.
